A festive winter wedding at the Hotel Monaco is exactly what I needed to get in the Christmas spirit! Becca & Christian were married this past Saturday, just 9 days before Christmas. And how gorgeous are they?! This beautiful wedding was elegant and tasteful, including some subtle, holiday-inspired elements and a timeless color palette. I’m so excited to share!

In February, I met Christian & Becca for the first time at their home in Fells Point, Baltimore. Their wedding day felt a little bit like déjà vu! With a sunny sky and high of 45 degrees, we had a nearly identical forecast for weather. We also visited the same spot in Fells Point for photos, where we were greeted by countless college students in ugly Christmas sweaters who wanted to wish the couple well. Who would have guessed that we’d be the main spectacle at a bar crawl?! ??

One thing that stuck out about this wedding was the importance of family. Even from the very beginning of the day, I noticed the high priority Becca & Christian placed on family time. All three of Becca’s bridesmaids were her sisters, and family surrounded her all morning as she prepared for the day. Christian’s family surrounded him as soon as we started photos, and his brother was his best man. I was extra emotional during Becca’s first look with her dad. Tears were everywhere by the time we reached the ceremony!

Honestly, it’s hard to choose favorite parts from their wedding day because Becca & Christian planned an incredible day from start to finish. All the little details that went into making this day unique reflected this couple’s excellent taste. I love that they gave out Christmas tree ornaments for table numbers (check it out below!) and the decor and color scheme was so elegant and classic. Becca’s dress had me heart-eyed all day! Most of all, I loved spending time with these two taking portraits! They had me laughing and smiling the whole time, and I have a strong suspicion that we would be friends if Evan & I lived in Baltimore!
