MARKETING INTERNSHIPS

Position Description: We’re seeking hard-working, hungry-to-learn individuals who are excited about working with a team and photographing weddings. Our interns will be working alongside our photography team as general assistants and social media coordinators. Interns will be trained in all LVER methods. This is a non-shooting role (although you will learn a LOT about photography and weddings!). Interns should expect to work 10-15 hours/week, with an emphasis on weekends, early mornings and evenings. This position is not paid, however we will gladly fill out any/all paperwork needed in order to get college/school credit!

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assisting at shoots (weddings, events & portrait sessions).
• Taking behind-the-scenes iPhone footage at shoots.
• Posting behind-the-scenes footage & wedding recaps on social media.
• Creating Reels on Instagram.
• Maintaining blog/website SEO.
• Creating Pinterest boards and pinning our work.
• Helping grow our IG accounts.

 

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A flexible schedule with the ability to work on weekends, late nights and early mornings.
• A positive, joyful, energetic attitude, particularly on/after long and tiring hours on wedding days.
• A humble, eager attitude that is willing to do whatever it takes to contribute to the team.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ease/comfort interacting with all different types of people.
• Self-starter personality with flexibility to “wear a lot of hats” and fill necessary roles as they come up.

What you REALLY need to know:

Being an intern for LVER is all about learning, working as a team, and supporting the vision of LVER as a whole. This is a NON-shooting internship, so while you WILL learn a ton about photography, we DON’T depend on you to shoot/deliver images (which makes it perfect for someone who wants to learn but isn’t already a pro!).
