I am always so excited when I get to visit a new location for an engagement session.  Sarah &  Evan suggested the Saunders-Monticello Trail for their session and I could not have been more thrilled to photograph them at this new location! Their session was actually supposed to happen over a year ago because of rescheduling and the pandemic, so meeting them was long overdue!  

Anyone that chooses to do an engagement session in the middle of July is a champion in my book! These two made it look so incredible easy and you couldn’t even tell that it was over 90 degrees during their session! From the minute I met both Sarah and Evan, I was instantly put at ease with their friendly and kind natures!  It was such a treat to get to spend so much time walking along the trail and learning more about them. They met doing theater and you can just tell they are both very into the arts! They share a love of games, tv shows, cooking, and travel! 

Sarah & Evan traveled all the way from New Jersey for their session and several other wedding related appointments with their venue and catering! Sarah was even able to have her hair and make up trial done right before the session, which is the ultimate pro-tip if you ask me! They looked absolutely stunning together and their interaction with each other was just so incredibly sweet. It truly made my job so easy to capture their genuine love for one another! One of my favorite parts of their session was right at the end when I asked Sarah & Evan if they’d like anything else before we finished and they said they wanted to dance! I just absolutely love how those photos turned out!
