Where do I even start with this absolutely delightful couple? Emily & Zach planned the wedding celebration that they were dreaming of, and it was so much fun to be a part of it! This couple chose to opt for a sunrise session in the morning around the monuments, and then celebrated on the roof of the LINE hotel for the ceremony and intimate dinner party celebration with family.

If you haven’t been to the LINE Hotel, I can say with full confidence that you are missing out! The LINE has one of my favorite rooftop views in all of DC. Thankfully, we had the most perfect weather for this intimate elopement – mid-70’s and sunny all afternoon and evening! I could not get enough of the gentle breeze and view of Washington, DC!

Emily & Zach have been a joy to work with from the start. We quickly found at that we lived just a few blocks apart on our first phone call. These two had a vision for an intimate wedding celebration with their closest friends and family, and COVID could not get in the way of that! I loved that they not only embraced the smaller celebration, but it’s actually what they were dreaming of from the start. This day was absolutely lovely and a treat for every guest attending!

Favorites from this day include the sweet first look on the roof, Emily’s dad officiating, and the gorgeous dinner party spread and tablescape. I can’t imagine a more perfect intimate fall elopement in Washington, DC!
