I had the privilege of meeting both Kiara & Panayioti this past March for their wedding consultation. We spent a few hours over dinner and drinks getting to know one another and talking about their vision for their wedding day, which seemed far off back then! From the moment I first met them, I was put at ease with how kind and down to earth they both were! I learned about how their parents were behind them meeting and eventually dating and getting engaged! After leaving that dinner, I walked away thinking that Kiara & Panayioti were the type of people I would want to be friends with – easy going and a lot of fun with a love for good food!

Their wedding day was so wonderful!  The morning was spent photographing getting ready details with both Kiara & Panayioti at their respective suites at the Park Hyatt in Washington, DC. I could just tell how much their family and friends love them and how excited they were to celebrate their marriage! Kiara wore a stunning gown with delicate pearl beads, two long chiffon sashes, off the shoulder sleeves, and a lovely veil. Panayioti wore a classy black suit with a velvet coat. Their ceremony took place at Holy Rosary Church in Washington, DC, followed by a reception at the Park Hyatt in Washington, DC. 

Some of my favorite parts of the day were Kiara’s first look with her dad, the sweet portraits of Kiara & Panayioti Judiciary Square after the ceremony, the special speeches made by the father  and sisters of the bride and brother of the groom, and the dance floor that was full for the entire evening, which was not a surprise considering Kiara & Panayioti’s Greek and Italian background! Everything about this wedding was so incredibly sweet and truly so much fun!
