It was an absolute dream to photograph this Santorini sunrise engagement session in Imerovigli, Greece! Santorini is one of the most iconic and beautiful places on earth. Everywhere you look, there is something beautiful to photograph.

Ok, ok . . . so this isn’t technically an engagement – it’s an anniversary! And yes, that is us – Hannah & Evan – that you see in the photos. When all of our photographer referrals were unavailable for an anniversary session, we decided to take matters into our own hands and self-photographed our own anniversary session. We may have got a few weird looks along the way – setting up a tripod with a professional-grade camera takes “selfie” to a whole new level – but it was well worth it and we absolutely love the beautiful Santorini anniversary photos we captured!

Being a Santorini wedding photographer has got to be one of the very best jobs in the world. The combination of whitewashed buildings, stunning cliff views, and an incredible glowing sunshine guarantees beautiful photos. We chose to do this session at sunrise to take advantage of the beautiful, glowing light and the lack of tourists in the background. It was so much fun and didn’t require us to go more than a few steps from the villa where we stayed!
