So much gorgeousness at this elegant Washington, D.C. wedding at Long View Gallery last week! Alexa and John were married at the beautiful downtown gallery which fit their tasteful, elegant and eclectic style so perfectly. We loved working alongside Kate of Evoke Design & Creative who totally transformed the space into a magical wedding wonderland!

Alexa and John were such a joy to work with. They’re incredibly organized and so easy to photograph! Their excitement and nerves for the wedding day were palpable and it was such a treat to experience the wedding day with them!

The design for both the ceremony and reception were absolutely stunning. The large floral installations surrounding the altar of the ceremony gave the space so much texture and depth, and I’m still incredibly impressed how they flipped the space and fit in so many seats and tables in the space so quickly!

A few favorites from the day include the best man and maid of honor toasts, Alexa’s classic wedding gown that fit her perfectly, the gorgeous location for portraits (Carnegie Library) and the beautiful, tasteful dress that Alexa’s mother chose. It’s hard to choose favorites from the day because everything was so beautiful! So excited to share more with you!
