Over and over again, I find myself thinking “I truly have the best couples!” Matt & Nikki certainly proved that to be true! Theirs was the last session of a week of multiple engagement portraits, but their vibrant energy and beautiful chemistry brought such a sense of refreshment to me! I could not help but smile as I captured their photos.

Matt & Nikki had their session at Brookside Gardens in Wheaton, Maryland. Let me tell you, this location was a floral and bohemian lover’s dream come true! For early fall, there were still plenty of beautiful flowers (with names that I can’t even pronounce!) and cascading greenery, along with enchanting pathways and courtyards. Matt & Nikki looked absolutely stunning in their perfectly coordinated attire and they possessed such incredible joy and love for one another that shone through in all their photos that made me not want the engagement session to end. At sunrise, it truly is a magical place and I could not recommend it more!

These two are getting married in the Philippines next year! While I will not be shooting their wedding, I absolutely loved getting to know their story and hearing about what they have planned for next year! I am so incredibly happy that you chose me to do your engagement session, Matt & Nikki! You both were so delightful to work with and your photos are stunning!
