When people think of the typical locations in DC for an engagement session, they usually think of the monuments. In my opinion, one of the hidden (yet not so hidden!) gems for D.C. engagement session locations is the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts!  This stunning white building, along with its gorgeous golden brass pillars and waterside location, is seriously such a beautiful location for photos!

As you can imagine, I was so excited when Maggie & Trey picked the Kennedy Center for their engagement session! From the moment that I met them, they were so easy to work with! I absolutely loved taking their photos!

It was a perfect autumn morning, with cool air and plenty of golden sunshine! Maggie & Trey were simply the sweetest and most stylish couple to work with! From the vibrant yellow dress Maggie wore and perfect outfit coordination between the two, they looked absolutely incredible!  Bride pro-tip alert – Maggie also had her make-up trial done the morning of the session! I was so impressed that she organized it to be that way and highly recommend it to other engagement couples planning for their engagement session!
