October is here! With the first week of October, we had beautiful sunny skies & the most perfect wedding day for Nicole & Taylor at the Historic Onesto. Originally, the forecast called for rain and storms, but as I tell all my couples – don’t believe that forecast! Blue sky & soft clouds were the perfect backdrop to all the lovely places we went for portraits, and we even experimented with some nighttime photos later on!

Even though they were married in Ohio, Nicole & Taylor live in the D.C. area. We met when the two wanted a cherry blossom session in the spring for their engagement, and we just clicked! I was so thrilled when they asked me to travel to Ohio for their wedding day! It also conveniently lined up with my 5-year reunion & homecoming at my alma mater, Grove City College! All around, it was a killer weekend!

One thing that stands out to me about Nicole & Taylor is the joyful giddiness they have when they’re together. It’s a beautiful thing to see them laugh together and enjoy their relationship so much! It was so obvious how excited they were to be married, which was such a joy for me to be a part of!
