Dan & Linsey were married this past Sunday, October 29 in Leesburg, VA. Elegant, colorful, incredibly tasteful, and Beauty and the Beast-inspired are the first words that come to mind when I think about this absolutely swoon-worthy late fall wedding at Birkby House! Normally, I avoid using wedding buzzwords like “swoon-worry” but I mean COME ONNN this is the definition of swoon-worthy!

Oh, where to start with Linsey and Dan? They are fun-loving to the max and literally a PERFECT fit for one another! They have an awesome sense of humor, and so I was totally not surprised to hear that they snuck in a bunch of silly, barely noticeable things into their wedding day just for the sake of being hilarious and fun. When I met them a year ago, I instantly loved them and have been thrilled to work with them every since!

One element of the day that was particularly special was the strong sense of tradition and family love that surrounded Linsey and Dan all day. The beautifully arranged Jewish ceremony was rich with their own values and customs, and I could truly feel the love and pride exuding from all of their guests! This couple adores their families, and their families adores them. It was such a celebration to combine the two!

Every detail of this romantic wedding was carefully and lovingly crafted. Linsey and Dan both have incredible taste, and I was blown away by the beautiful wedding they created! A huge shoutout is also due to Alexandra Nesterack, the couple’s incredibly talented wedding planner! Some of my favorite details of the day were: Linsey’s romantic gown & stylish suede shoes, their colorful, fairytale-like invitation suite, Dan’s feather bow tie, the gorgeous bouquets and, of course, the pie dessert!

Linsey and Dan’s venue was the Birkby House in Leesburg, VA. Historic and red-brick, this gorgeous wedding venue is right in the heart of Leesburg and such a gem! I was so thrilled to shoot a wedding here!
